The Art of Better Decision-Making

How do we make better decisions when we don’t have all the answers?

The Art of Better Decision-Making

From everyday choices to complex professional decisions, we are constantly required to choose between different possibilities, often with limited information, uncertainty, and competing priorities. This interactive workshop explores the factors that influence decision-making and provides practical tools to make more conscious, effective, and informed choices. Through real-world examples, practical exercises, and different decision-making frameworks, participants will learn how to evaluate options, manage uncertainty, recognise cognitive biases, and balance intuition with analytical thinking.

Why it matters

  • Critical Thinking

Helps participants evaluate information, identify assumptions, and assess different options before making a decision.

  • Adaptability

Develops the ability to make decisions in uncertain and changing environments, while remaining open to new information.

  • Self-awareness

Encourages participants to recognise how emotions, habits, biases, and personal preferences can influence their decisions.

What's included

  • Workshop led by an expert from our diverse network of thinkers, creatives, scientists, designers, entrepreneurs, and cultural practitioners (available in English, Spanish, or Catalan).
