The Power of (Professional) Vulnerability

Interactive Workshop with Networking & Storytelling

The Power of (Professional) Vulnerability

This workshop uses vulnerability as a strategic tool to build immediate, authentic rapport. Through a networking icebreaker, participants will bypass small talk to meet on common, genuine ground. Experience how sharing a setback can become an invaluable asset to build trust, real connections and lay the foundations of a meaningful and lasting network.

Why it matters

  • Emotional Intelligence

Participants learn to recognize and regulate their own emotions while reading the room, a critical skill for navigating high-stakes meetings, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration in the workplace.

  • Active Listening

By practicing deep listening without judgment, professionals develop the ability to truly hear colleagues and clients, leading to better problem-solving, reduced misunderstandings, and stronger working relationships.

  • Empathy

Sharing and witnessing stories of failure builds the capacity to understand others' perspectives and challenges, fostering a more supportive team culture and improving leadership effectiveness.
