Experience
Art and Technology: New Digital Languages
Step into LOAD Gallery, a contemporary art space in Poblenou dedicated to digital and new media art, where hardware, software, and carefully designed displays create immersive environments.

Each visit is shaped by the current exhibition—ranging from AI-generated bodies and speculative landscapes to spatial installations—inviting participants to navigate shifting images, lights, and atmospheres that blur the line between screen and physical space.
This guided private visit transforms the gallery into a space for shared exploration. Participants are encouraged to interpret, question, and discuss what they see, using gentle prompts to connect visual impressions with personal experience, user perspectives, and team dynamics. Ambiguity becomes a tool: instead of looking for “the right answer”, the group experiments with multiple readings and negotiates meaning together.
Why it matters
CREATIVITY Open-ended artworks, especially in digital and hybrid formats, invite participants to generate interpretations rather than receive them. This strengthens the ability to work with incomplete information, see multiple possibilities, and recombine ideas—essential in product, strategy, and innovation work.
COLLABORATION Discussing challenging or unfamiliar works requires listening, paraphrasing, and integrating contrasting viewpoints into a shared understanding. Practicing this in a low-stakes, cultural setting supports healthier debate and co-creation inside teams.
CULTURAL AWARENESS LOAD works with international and local artists who explore bodies, landscapes, technology, and identity through new media. Engaging with these voices helps participants surface assumptions about technology, aesthetics, and representation that also influence how they build products and communicate with diverse audiences.
