It is not just a recreational activity: it is a learning session that uses art, craft and the culture of Barcelona to train human skills.
An escape room or an adventure activity produces adrenaline for an hour and not much more. A facilitated cultural experience works on something else: how the team looks, listens and talks. The team visits a gallery, learns a technique from an artist or explores a creative studio, and a facilitator connects what they see with questions about their own work. They leave with a shared vocabulary and applicable ideas, not just an anecdote.
